Before the application process begins, we help students build a stronger overall profile by identifying meaningful extracurricular activities, internships, volunteer work, leadership experiences, and other opportunities that support their intended major and long-term goals. We also guide students in shaping a compelling personal narrative and selecting recommenders who can provide strong, thoughtful letters of recommendation. We help students understand which exams may be required for their goals, such as the SAT, IELTS, GRE, or other country-specific tests, and we also offer classes to help students prepare for these exams. During the application process, we take time to understand each student’s unique profile — including academic records, test scores, financial background, personal interests, and preferred regions and then create a balanced application strategy that gives them strong options across different countries and pathways. This may include U.S. universities, Canada, the UK, and other countries like China, Germany where appropriate, while also incorporating community colleges when they offer the best academic or financial pathway for the student. Our goal is to make sure every school on the list serves a purpose and fits into a broader admissions strategy.
Once the school list is finalized, we focus on presenting the student in the strongest possible way. We help align their intended major, activities, achievements, and experiences into a clear and compelling application story that reflects both their strengths and what each school is looking for. As part of this process, we work closely with students to brainstorm, draft, review, and refine their personal statements and supplemental essays, ensuring that every essay is polished, authentic, and strategically aligned with their overall application positioning.
